The Life Fitness IC7 Indoor Cycle is a high-performance exercise bike designed for both home and commercial use. It features the WattRate® TFT Computer 2.0 with a bright, self-powered, fully integrated TFT screen and a front LED display, providing real-time training data such as watts, heart rate, RPMs, exercise duration, and resistance level. The bike also includes the Coach By Color® intensity guide, offering visual feedback to help users train at the optimal intensity. Additionally, the IC7 is compatible with Myzone heart rate monitors via Bluetooth® or ANT+ to display Myzone color zones and MEPs in real time throughout the workout.
